Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your recent purchase, please return it to Royal Tara Giftware, Mervue, Galway, Ireland. Returns must be sent within 30 days from the day you got your package. After we get your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days

Every Care is taken that breakage does not occur in transit. Should merchandise arrive broken, proof of breakage must be supplied (i.e. photograph or small piece of item). Letters describing breakages will not suffice and are unacceptable for replacement purposes. Enclose an invoice or invoice number. All phone queries regarding orders must be directed to customer services, Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.

Delivery : Please allow the following times for delivery of goods:

USA – 3 weeks,

Canada , Australia , New Zealand – 3 weeks,

Europe – 2 weeks, England – 2 weeks.

Duty : Royal Tara Giftware would like to advise customers that orders, other than those destined for USA, EU and Republic of Ireland, are subject to duty charges upon delivery. This varies from country to country.

 United States Customers: All orders to be delivered to the United States must be ordered using US$ prices on web site. Domestic delivery charges within the US will be added to the order.

 Delivery Location: You are asked to select a delivery location in the shopping cart. This calculates your local delivery charge based on the weight of your order. The delivery location chosen must correspond with the country entered on the delivery details of the order form following. Zip codes must be used to ensure delivery.
