Lucky the Irish Leprechaun - Failte!

Irish folklore portrays the leprechaun as a mischievous little, bearded man who is a cobbler by trade but has a stash of gold coins in a pot at the end of the rainbow. He is usually smoking a pipe and has a twinkle in his eye.

'Failte' means 'Welcome' in the Irish language.
